By using our website as well as the services and information offered on our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Definitions:

Services means viewing content on this website.

Website means the webpages on the URL https://www.adiveroatelier.com

We / Us etc means Adivero Atelier, its subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.

Pricing and availability of the artworks:

Kindly contact the artist for checking the availability of the artwork and its price/cost.

Price/cost is carefully assigned to each artwork individually.

All prices are typically in INR for Indian buyers and in USD/EUR for foreign buyers.

We accept payments via UPI/NEFT/IMPS/RTGS from Indian buyers and via PayPal for foreign buyers.

We do not refund any goods for change of mind.

Steps to procure an artwork from us:

Choose an artwork from the collection or request a custom artwork.

After carefully reviewing the request, we will reach out to you with complete project details, further discussion and locking the scope of work.

After the scope of work has been locked, price details and tentative shipment charges will be conveyed to the customer within 2-3 business days.

50% pre-payment must be made before starting the project, and remaining 50% payment must be made before the shipment is dispatched to the customer.

Shipment choices:

Within India

Artwork on Canvas can be shipped as:

Roll – artwork can be shipped to you in the form of a roll, and you will get it stretched and/or framed as per your choice.

Stretched – artwork can be stretched on a wooden frame and shipped as such. (size restrictions may apply).

Artwork on professional quality Art Paper can be shipped as:

Unframed – artwork will be stuck/attached to a cardboard and shipped to you in a box, and then you will get it framed as per your choice (size restrictions may apply)

Outside India

Artwork on Canvas can be shipped in the form of Roll only.

Artwork on Paper cannot be shipped overseas, due to higher chances of damage during transit.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

Shipping charges will be over and above the quoted price for the artwork and must be borne by the buyer.

Shipping charges will apply based on shipment method chosen.

Shipping charges must be paid before the shipment is booked.

The buyer must pay any custom fee that your country may request in order to release the goods.

Delivery time will be confirmed at the time of booking the shipment.

Products and Artworks available for sale will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

We use branded courier services like DTDC (or similar brands) for India and DHL (or similar brands) for foreign shipments, through which all shipments can be easily tracked.

Accuracy of content:

We have taken proper care and precautions to ensure that the information we provide on this Website is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on this Website or on any linked site.

The information contained on this Website should not be misunderstood as professional advice.

All artworks whether Original Paintings and Sketches, or Prints are for Private use only.

Under no circumstances will you be entitled to:

(a) Copy or duplicate a Product in whole or in part;

(b) Translate, edit, amend, modify or add or Download product or any Artwork; or

You agree that you will not use, nor will you allow or authorise any third party to use, the Website for any purpose that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent or obscene way or in any other inappropriate way or in a way which conflicts with the Website or the Services.

If you contribute to or make any public comments on this Website which are, in our opinion, unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent or obscene or in any other way inappropriate or which conflict with the Website or the Services offered, then we may at our discretion, take appropriate legal action against you in accordance with the law.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time.
